To recruit teachers for the Archdiocese, we needed to show that teaching at Catholic schools is both rewarding and impactful while overcoming the perception that these schools are out of touch. To achieve this, we created a series of posters targeting graduating college students. The campaign emphasized the significant influence Catholic school teachers can have on students’ lives, incorporating contemporary photography and pop culture references to update their image.
